For over a decade, Steve St. Germain has been an active member of Detroit's advertising and marketing community.

He has planned and executed a wide variety of campaigns—from major sponsorships and custom content programs to product integrations and new vehicle launches.

His work spans high-profile TV and digital takeovers down to legacy print publication insertions. Always with the goal of creating meaningful connections between brands and audiences.

Steve graduated from Oakland University in 2010 and was enlisted at his first agency gigs at Brand Labs in Rochester MI and later Team Detroit (a WPP company) in Dearborn, MI. Here he learned media fundamentals, like how to calculate a TRP, SOV and CPM variances.

Within years, Steve joined the newly-formed boutique agency Hudson Rouge out of New York, tasked with re-launching the Lincoln Motor Company for a new generation. Given the brand's reputation at the time, it was an ambitious undertaking that required fresh ideas and bold strategies.

Steve soon shifted his focus solely to digital planning, SEM/SMM management and reporting, working hands-to-keyboard on local businesses like the Honeybaked Ham company, Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services and the Peace Corps at the Detroit boutique staple, Brogan & Partners.

Eventually landing at Universal McCann (an Interpublic company) for luxury auto brands Maserati and Alfa Romeo. He consistently delivered creative solutions that resonated with target audiences and elevated brand messaging.

Today, at Stellantis (formerly FCA Group), Steve works on assignments for the Jeep brand.

Steve's efforts over the years have been showcased in dozens of high-profile campaigns including: Super Bowl XLVII, LI and the Grammy Awards. In the pages of WIRED, Vanity Fair, GQ, Vogue, Motortrend, and Car & Driver. His work has also been featured on-site at events like the LA Film Festival, TNT’s The Match, Rocket Mortgage Classic, HGTV’s Dreamhome, PGA Tour's Presidents Cup, and Forbes' "30 Under 30" Conference. Innovative tactics include: out-of-home spectaculars, CTV homescreens, YouTube, Twitch, Roku and Xbox Live Marketplace. Cinema screens, airplane seatbacks and EV charging networks.

Steve is also an experienced public speaker, having appeared at well attended local events such as: Adcraft’s AdCon Student Career Conference, Detroit Advertising Association’s “Stellantis Day”, Brand Innovators events, and Oakland University's American Marketing Association Speaker Series.

Outside of the office, Steve is an avid photographer (recognized by CultureTrip as one of Detroit's 15 Best Instagram Accounts), traveler, cyclist and has been known to rock climb. He is also a loving husband and father of two daughters, who enjoys spending time at Southeastern Michigan’s best parks or exploring Detroit’s latest restaurants with friends and family.
